The end of the year is the perfect time to pause and reflect on the resources and relations that we’re thankful for. Here at The Jewelry Box Estate Buyers, we’re so grateful for another successful year doing what we love while providing quality jewelry & watch repair, appraisal, and estate buying services to our customers. We’re lucky to call Orange County home.
Our team is so excited for the upcoming holidays! This year, we’re celebrating the season of giving by continuing our 10+ year partnership with South County Outreach. We’re kicking off a special event to help make the season bright for local families who could use some extra support.
From November 15th through December 17th, our team will donate 50% of all jewelry repair sales and watch battery sales to South County Outreach. Help us reach our goal of raising $5K so families in Orange County have the funds necessary to make the season “merry” for their households. There’s no better way to give a head-nod to the holidays than to help families with limited means feel more festive during this time.
During the weeks leading up to 12/17, we’ll be sharing our progress toward the goal amount with a visual of a Christmas tree with lights and ornaments. Help us get our tree fully lit and decorated! Then on 12/17 we’ll announce the final amount raised and present a check to South County Outreach.

South County Outreach exists to help transform Orange County into a place where no one goes to bed hungry or without a roof over their head. This organization offers affordable housing and financial assistance for housing to those who are or are at risk of experiencing homelessness. Each year, volunteers distribute nonperishable and fresh food to more than 6,000 residents. South County Outreach also connects locals with the financial literacy and educational skills they need to secure jobs to give them foundations for more stable and successful futures.
The Jewelry Box Estate Buyers is proud to rally around South County Outreach in a special way this holiday season. It’s an honor to do our small part in helping this organization continue to make a difference in people’s lives in practical ways.
This year’s event builds on over a decade of supporting this great local cause as they continue to make a difference in the Orange County community. You may remember that for more than 10 years, The Jewelry Box of Lake Forest commemorated the season by donating watch battery replacement proceeds to South County Outreach to supply local families with holiday meals. And for many years, we’ve encouraged customers to bring in personal care items during April to make Mother’s Day beauty bags for Orange County moms in need. While we have a new name and location, our dedication to South County Outreach and the work they do hasn’t wavered.
